Webvention bought the '294 patent from Intellectual Ventures.[1]
Webvention is suing Abercrombie & Fitch, Bed Bath & Beyond, Brown Shoe Co., Church & Dwight Company, Conocophillips, Dell, Donaldson Company, E*Trade Financial Corporation, Gamestop, Htc America, Iasis Healthcare, Insight Enterprises, Neiman Marcus, Pioneer Natural Resources, Tenneco, The Finish Line, Travelcenters Of America, United Parcel Service, Visa.[2]
