Thanks for reviewing the page on German patent courts and appeals.
Here are some pages that translate the BGH as "German [Federal] Supreme Court":
- German Supreme Court on Patents on Computer-Implemented Inventions
- German Federal Supreme Court on file hoster responsibility for third party content – “Rapidshare”
