(It used to have a border and a background colour but I got rid of that because I couldn't get it to also work for the <nowiki><references></references></nowiki> tags, and the section shouldn't look different in those two situations, so the only solution w)

Documentation

This template should usually be the only thing in the "==References==" section of a page. The exception being if the article contains named references and the content of the references is between <references></references> tags. In that case, this template won't be used at all.
