The "Rejection sustained by CAFC: 07-1130.pdf, October 2008" points to http://www.cafc.uscourts.gov/opinions/07-1130.pdf which returns 404. The correct link is now http://www.cafc.uscourts.gov/images/stories/opinions-orders/07-1130.pdf. (I've made the change on the wiki).

But more important, I've found some more claims published. See PDF p. 88 of http://www.uspto.gov/web/offices/com/sol/2007-1130bilski_joint_appendix.pdf. Also in this document, you can read Background of the invention, Summary of the invention, Detailed description of the preferred embodiments, Claims (1 through 9) and Abstract (p. 79 to 92).
