The Main Page contains a categorised partial list of pages on en.swpat.org.
Current events contains links to many topical things.
You might sometimes find it helpful to look at these auto-generated pages:

There is also a "What links here" link in the toolbox (usually on the left side of each page). With this you might find what you're looking for by going to a page that seems related and seeing what pages link there.
You can also start by looking at Category:Top level category. Every page on en.swpat.org should be in at least one of the categories or subcategories.
