Category:Redirects to sections

This category is to help with maintenance. These #REDIRECT pages contain links to page sections (rather than just linking to the page). This isn't recommended, and the MediaWiki technology contains no support for it, but it's sometimes very handy, so let's do it sometimes, but try to keep it clean.

The main problem is that when a section changes name, the section link disappears but nothing breaks or shows any sign that there's a problem. Not a big problem, but the links in this category should be checked every now and again.
