Add Nexus

http://www.online-translator.com is another one to add. Here's an example of a URL we can copy as a template:

The "direction=ef" is for "English->French", so some tweaking will be needed to make this (or a new) template work with single-character language codes. Another hitch is that this site only makes English translations from these six languages: German, Italian, French, Portugueus, Russian, Spanish. So now some tweaking is needed so that some languages give translation links for this site and others don't.

The obvious way to do this is to have various templates (one does just google, one does google and nexus, another google and babelfish, another will do all three), and then use the right one for each translator template. I'll be back later to look into this. Ciaran 16:59, 14 January 2010 (UTC)

Microsoft also has BingTranslate:

Rename to Template:Translate_template?

This was originally a template for other templates used for all non-English language links.

Its scope has been reduced to only those for which a translation is possible (e.g. no translations are offered for a linked PDF or an image).

I also can't see how this is a "template for a template". Seems to be just a template now. Ciaran 14:52, 23 June 2010 (UTC)
