en.swpat.org is a publicly editable wiki, so anyone can make a new page.

[edit] Various ways to start a page
[edit] 1. Start from the sandbox
One easy way is to go to the Sandbox. By editing the Sandbox page, you can add the name of your new page within double square brackets:
- [[the new page]]
When you save the page, there will be a red link with that name. If you click on it, you'll get a page with a blank text box where you can start typing the information of your new page. Then click "Save page", and you're done.
[edit] 2. Type the URL into your address bar
The address bar of your web browser is where you should currently see http://en.swpat.org/wiki/Adding a page
If you change that to http://en.swpat.org/wiki/the_new_page you'll be brought to a blank text box where you can start typing the information of your new page. Then click "Save page", and you're done.
[edit] Making others aware of the new page
Visitors will only find their way to your page if there are links to it in other pages and if it's included in some of the Categories. See: Special:Categories To add your page to a category, you have to add to put a tag at the bottom of your page such as [[Category:Arguments]] would add your page to Category:Arguments.
